Ministries

Available Ministries

 

Wesley offers many activites for all ages. There are many Adult opportunities for service, study and fellowship. We have a very active Youth Group and Children's Ministries as well as many Churchwide Opportunities.

Some of our Churchwide Opportunities consist of: Annual Churchwide Picnic, Trunks of Treats and the Superbowl Party.

Our midweek meal, choirs and study time is called Wonderful Wednesday. This occurs from September through April, with meals served from 5:30-6:15. Cost is $6.00 for Adults and Youth, $3.00 for Children and a family maximum of $15.00 for the parents/guardians and those under 18 living in one household.  Reservations are due by Tuesday noon. You may make reservations by calling the church office by 282-6722.

 
 
 

Music

We offer many opportunities for persons of all ages to be involved in Music Ministry. We have a children's choir, a youth worship arts group, men and women's ensembles, chancel choir, praise team and orchestra. There is always a place for you and your talent.

Adults

We offer many opportunities for studies for Adults through out the week. There are multiple Sunday School Classes as well as a variety of Bible Studies offered. Adults are encouraged to be involved in learning opportunities as our faith is a journey and we need to continually be growing and learning in our faith.

Children

Our Children's Ministries work to help children from birth to know that God loves them and to teach them how to be a follower of Jesus Christ. This is done through study, play and worship. Children are also encouraged to serve in areas of ministry that are age appropriate.

Vacation Bible School

Youth

Our youth program is awesome. We do ministry with tweens and teens from 5th grade through 12th. The Wesley Youth is a group of students and adults who together are figuring out what it means to be followers of Jesus. We spend alot of time just having fun, playing, and just being friends because Christianity is not something any of us can do alone, and we need each other's friendship when things get messy. We also spend alot of time serving others, because being a Christian is not just about what you believe, it's about Christ working in our lives and reaching out to those in need. We also spend time in devotions and study, because the more we know about God, the more we can love God.

There are many opportunities for all ages to fellowship, to serve and to Worship together.
